- How many hours before bed do you finish eating?
Compare to optimal:
- Is largest meal at midday?
- Is dinner lighter than lunch?
- Are you finishing 3+ hours before bed?
Identify gaps:
- What would need to change?
- What’s realistic given your schedule?
