Sleep Log Days 5-7 and Review
Complete your initial tracking week and review what you’ve found.
Today’s Practice
Continue Sleep Log through Day 7.
Then review all 7 days:
Calculate Averages:
- What’s your average actual sleep duration? (wake time minus bed time, minus estimated time to fall asleep)
- What’s your average quality rating?
Assess Consistency:
- How variable is your timing? Same time each day, or different by 1-2 hours?
- Weekdays different from weekends?
Identify Best/Worst:
- Which days had best quality? What was different?
- Which days had worst quality? What was different?
Find Patterns:
- Any obvious correlations? (Late bed → poor quality? Alcohol → waking up?)
- Any surprises?
Compare to Initial Assessment: Look at your initial sleep reflection (Lesson 33). How does reality compare to what you thought?
Write down what you learned.
