Final day of initial tracking, then we review.
Today’s Practice
Complete Day 3 of the Body-Mind Log.
Then review all three days together:
Look for patterns:
- How did sleep affect next-day mood/energy?
- Did water intake correlate with anything?
- Did food timing or content correlate with energy?
- Did movement days feel different from non-movement days?
Identify at least one connection: What body-mind connection did you observe in yourself? Be specific.
Examples:
- “Less than 6 hours sleep → mood 2 or lower next day”
- “Afternoon energy crash happens when I skip lunch”
- “Better mood on days I walked”
- “Noticed I barely drink water - maybe that’s why I’m always foggy”
Write it down. Even one clear connection is valuable. It gives you a lever. Change that physical factor, watch the mental state shift.
