You've built a foundation. Now: what do you actually see when you look?
Level 1 gave you the capacity to be present — to direct attention, to manage your body, to confront what is. Level 2 is called REVEAL because this is where patterns become visible. Not because seeing is easy. Not because it's comfortable. But because until you see what's running you, you can't change it.
Why Seeing Matters
There's a temptation to skip to fixing. "I already know I have patterns. Let's just change them."
This is a mistake.
You cannot change what you cannot see. Most attempts to change fail because people try to modify patterns they haven't actually observed. They work on what they think the problem is, not what the problem actually is. The practices here develop your observer — the part of you that can watch without being swept away.

How to Use This Course
Pace
Complete 2-3 lessons per day. Some lessons are observation-heavy and need integration time.
Duration
At 2-3 lessons daily, most people complete Level 2 in 6-10 weeks.
Practice
Each lesson includes exercises. Do them. Reading about observation without observing is useless.
Key Principle
This level is about SEEING, not FIXING. Resist the urge to change things prematurely. Deep seeing often resolves patterns without effort. Premature fixing often entrenches them.

- You can observe thoughts, emotions, and reactions without being controlled by them
- You've identified patterns that were running automatically
- You understand your constitutional type and how it affects you
- You know the difference between "can't" and "won't"
- You can recall the past without being overwhelmed or avoidant
- Your Master Pattern Document is complete
