Working Through the Highest Domains
Today you work through your relationship with life domains five through eight. Same technique. Bigger territory.
This might feel unusual. Sitting with your relationship to “all life” or “infinity” isn’t something most people do on a Tuesday afternoon. But the technique works the same way regardless of scale. You alternate between two directions, let answers come, and keep going until something shifts.
How to Work Through This
You’ve got four domains to work through. That’s a lot for one sitting. Here’s my recommendation: pick the two that resonate most from yesterday’s reflection and start there. You can come back for the others tomorrow or the next day. Better to go deep on two than superficial on all four.
Stay with each domain until something shifts. Usually 15 to 20 minutes per domain.
For all life (domain five): “How could all life aid my survival?” “How could I aid all life’s survival?”
Let answers come freely. You exist because of other living things — food, oxygen, the entire ecosystem that makes human existence possible. And your work affects that system. Let both directions surface fully.
For the physical universe (domain six): “How could the physical universe aid my survival?” “How could I aid the physical universe?”
This one might feel strange. But you’re made of matter and energy. Your work transforms physical resources. There’s a relationship here, and working with it directly opens something.
For spirit and consciousness (domain seven): “How could consciousness aid my survival?” “How could I aid consciousness?”
This one tends to go deep fast. Consciousness is what makes everything else meaningful. Without awareness, nothing matters. Let the answers come from wherever they come from.
For infinity (domain eight): “How could the infinite aid my survival?” “How could I aid the infinite?”
The biggest question you can ask. Some people find this one transforms everything. Others find it too abstract to engage with. Both responses are fine. Work with what’s real for you.
What to Expect
Work at this level often brings up things that don’t have words. A feeling of connection. A sense of being part of something. Gratitude that isn’t directed at anything specific. A quiet certainty about the work that you can’t quite explain.
Don’t try to explain it. Don’t try to turn it into a framework or a strategy. Just let it be what it is.
Some people cry. Some people laugh. Some people get very still and quiet. Some people feel a kind of peace they haven’t felt in years. Whatever happens is what happens.
Today’s Practice
Work through at least two of the four highest domains today. Stay with each one until something shifts — usually 15 to 20 minutes per domain.
Use the alternating question format. Let answers come without filtering. Keep going until something shifts.
After each one, write down what happened. Not analysis. Just what you experienced.
If you didn’t get to all four, schedule the remaining domains for tomorrow. This work is too important to rush through.
The goal isn’t to “complete” the work. It’s to open genuine connection to the largest possible spheres. That connection becomes the deepest foundation for everything you build.
