Unit 4 Review
You’ve covered a lot of ground in this unit. Eight life domains mapped. Groups worked through. Humanity worked through. The highest domains engaged. Negative weight identified and released. A daily awareness practice started.
Now let’s see what changed.
The Honest Assessment
It’s easy to check boxes without real change happening underneath. “Yes, I worked through groups. Yes, I reflected on humanity.” But the question isn’t whether you did the exercises. It’s whether something moved.
So let’s check.
Groups. Before this unit, how did you relate to groups? And now? Is there a real difference? Can you think about engaging with a specific group without the old tightness, the old distrust, the old keeping-your-distance? If you took the engagement action from lesson 52, how did it go? If you haven’t taken it yet, what’s stopping you?
Humanity. Before this unit, how did you feel about serving all people? And now? Is there a genuine connection to something bigger than your immediate circle? Or does it still feel abstract?
The highest domains. Did anything open up when you worked through domains five through eight? Was there a genuine experience of connection to the largest spheres, or did it feel like going through the motions?
The weight. Did the work release something? Are you less contracted than you were? Can you engage with larger spheres with less resistance?
What’s Working
Look at what’s genuinely different. Not what you think should be different. what is.
Maybe your relationship with groups has shifted and you can feel it. Maybe you connected deeply with one domain but not others. Maybe the daily check is already changing how you think about your work. Maybe none of it has landed yet and you need more time.
All of those are fine. What matters is honest assessment.
What Needs More Work
If some domains still carry weight, that’s good information. You know where to go back. The techniques from this unit aren’t one-and-done for most people. They’re tools you can return to whenever weight surfaces.
If the daily practice hasn’t stuck yet, recommit. Set a reminder. Attach it to an existing habit. Give it another week.
If engagement with groups still feels difficult despite the work, you might need another round. The weight on groups tends to be layered — clearing one layer reveals the next. That’s not failure. That’s how it works. Each round clears more, and each round makes engagement easier.
If the higher domains feel abstract and disconnected, that’s also normal at this stage. The connection to domains five through eight often deepens over months, not days. Keep the daily check including them and let the connection build gradually.
Today’s Practice
Write a full Unit 4 review. Answer these questions honestly:
Has your sphere of care expanded? In what specific ways?
Are you connected to groups more freely than before? What evidence do you have?
Do you see your work serving humanity, or does that still feel abstract?
Are you connected to any of the higher domains in a way that feels real?
Is the daily domain awareness becoming natural, or does it still require effort?
Write what’s true. This review is for you, not for a grade.
