Completion Checklist Part 2

Part 2 of the checklist. Same approach — strong, developing, or weak, with evidence for each rating. No fudging, no rounding up.

Help Flows Assessment

Can give help freely. Not help with strings. Not help that’s about you feeling needed or maintaining a position of superiority. Clean help. Help that serves the other person regardless of whether they thank you, reciprocate, or even notice. When did you last give this kind of help? What made it clean versus transactional?

Rate yourself. Evidence.

Can receive help without resistance. Someone offers help and you take it. Genuinely. Without the reflex to deflect (“oh, I’m fine”), the urge to immediately reciprocate so you’re not in their debt, or the subtle resentment of needing help in the first place. When did you last receive help cleanly? How did it feel?

Rate yourself. Evidence.

Both directions flowing. It’s not just about being able to do each one separately. It’s about both directions being available, naturally, without having to gear up for it. Help moves through you in both directions. You’re a conduit, not a dam. Over the past month, have you experienced both giving and receiving without friction?

Contaminated help recognized. You can tell the difference between genuine help and help that comes with conditions, guilt, or manipulation attached. You can recognize it in what you receive from others, and you can catch it when you’re the one contaminating. Has there been a recent situation where you spotted contaminated help — either direction — that you would have missed before?

Rate yourself. Evidence.

Relationships Assessment

Key relationships deepened. Not just maintained — deepened. There are conversations happening now that weren’t possible before. Truths being shared that used to stay hidden. A quality of being seen that’s different from how things were. Which relationship deepened the most? What’s the evidence?

Rate yourself. Evidence.

No longer arm’s length by default. The pulling-back pattern that brought you to Level 5 — the subtle keeping of distance, the careful management of how much people get to see. Has this shifted? Are you closer to people than you were? Not with everyone, but with the ones who matter?

Trust built deliberately. You didn’t just hope trust would grow — you built it. Through consistent action, through showing up, through being reliable about the small things. Someone trusts you more now than they did at the start of Level 5, and it’s because of specific things you did. Who? What did you do?

Honest about relationship patterns. You can see your patterns in relationships without defending them. The withdrawal, the performing, the people-pleasing, the keeping score — whatever your patterns are, you can name them. You might not have fully changed them, but you see them operating. When was the last time you caught a relationship pattern in real time?

Positive about people generally. This is the big indicator. Not naive positivity — realistic positivity. You look at people and you feel something warm rather than guarded. The general stance toward other humans has shifted from defensive to open. Not with everyone, not all the time, but as a trend. Do you feel better about people than you did when Level 5 started?

Combining the Checklists

You now have two pages of ratings. Take them alongside the Part 1 results from the last lesson.

Count across both sheets:

  • Total strongs
  • Total developings
  • Total weaks

Write these down. Then look at the distribution. Where are the strongs concentrated? Where are the weaks? Is there a pattern — one unit’s work that landed more solidly than another?

Today’s Practice

Complete every item above with a rating and evidence. Then combine with Part 1.

Write a brief summary: “My strongest areas are ___. My weakest areas are ___. The pattern I see is ___.”

This isn’t a score. It’s a portrait. You need to see the whole picture before the remaining checklist items in the next lesson.
