Level 7 Preparation
Level 6 is done.
Not done as in “I checked all the boxes.” Done as in: you’ve done the work, assessed the results honestly, and you know where you stand. Whether that’s 90% complete or 65% complete, you know. And knowing is the whole point.
Now look ahead.
What Level 7 Is
Level 7 is FLOW. Not flow states — you worked with those in Unit 3. Level 7 Flow is about expansion. Moving beyond current limits. Taking what you’ve built and pushing it into new territory.
Think of it this way: Level 6 built your base camp. Systems, consistency, work capacity, tracking, emotional freedom from past drag. All the infrastructure a person needs to operate effectively.
Level 7 says: Now what do you build with all this infrastructure? Where do you go? What risks are worth taking? What would growth beyond your current comfort look like?
This is where things get interesting. And possibly uncomfortable.
What Level 7 Asks
Level 7 will ask you to:
Identify your growth edge. Where is the boundary of your current comfort? What’s just beyond it? Not fantasy. The real next step that would stretch you.
Take calculated risks. Not reckless ones. Risks where you’ve assessed the downside, confirmed you can survive it, and decided the upside is worth it. Your Level 6 tracking and financial systems are what make this calculation possible.
Build beyond yourself. Some of what you build in Level 7 will involve other people. Partnerships, teams, clients, audiences. Your Level 6 consistency and cleared losses make this possible. You can be reliable, you can handle conflict, you can build without old loops sabotaging everything.
Sustain through uncertainty. Growth means entering territory where you don’t know the outcome. Your Level 6 loss work, especially the not-know work, makes this tolerable instead of paralyzing.
The Readiness Assessment
Look at your checklist scores from the last two lessons. 80% or above is ready for Level 7. Below 80% means more Level 6 work first.
But the number isn’t everything. Consider these questions:
-
What expansion are you ready for? Where is growth calling? What have you been holding back on that now feels possible?
-
What calculated risks could you take? With your systems in place, what can you try that you couldn’t before? What’s the worst case, and can your infrastructure handle it?
-
What would growth beyond current comfort look like? Not radical transformation. The next step. What does your current comfort zone look like, and what’s just outside it?
-
What from Level 6 supports that growth? Which systems, skills, and changes would directly support the expansion you’re considering?
-
What from Level 6 still needs attention before expanding? Be honest. Where are the weak points? What would break under the stress of growth?
Today’s Practice
Write your Level 7 readiness assessment.
If 80%+ complete: You’re ready. Write about where you want to grow, what risks you’re considering, what expansion looks like specifically. Note what still needs attention. Even at 80%+, there are items to shore up while beginning Level 7 work.
If below 80%: You’re not behind. Foundations take as long as they take. Write about what’s incomplete and what it needs. Set realistic targets. A foundation built right supports everything on top of it.
Level 6 complete
Whatever your number, whatever your readiness status, you’ve done significant work. You built systems where there was chaos. You established consistency where there was start-stop. You found flow where there was grind. You tracked what was invisible. You worked through what was weighing you down.
That’s not nothing. That’s the infrastructure of a life that works.
Now either continue building that infrastructure or begin expanding what it can hold. Both are forward movement. Both are building. Both are exactly where you should be.
