Complete Review
Level 6 is coming to a close. Before you call it done, you need to verify that the work landed.
There’s a big difference between doing a lesson and having the lesson’s content operating in your life. You can complete every exercise, write every reflection, check every box, and still not have a functioning system. The exercise was the practice. The question now is: did the practice create something real?
This unit is about honest assessment. Not hopeful assessment. Not “I think I’m mostly there” assessment. Honest, specific, verifiable assessment.
The Five Areas
Level 6 covered five major areas. Each one built on the others. Together, they’re supposed to give you the infrastructure for building. The systems, the consistency, the flow, the tracking, and the clean energy that come from having your foundation solid.
Let’s see if that’s true.
Unit 1: Systems & Structure
This is where you built your daily routine, your financial structure, and your environment. The question isn’t “did I design these?” The question is “are they running?”
A designed system that isn’t running is just a nice idea written down somewhere. Systems only count when they’re operating. Your daily routine only counts if you’re doing it. Your financial structure only counts if money is flowing through it. Your environment only counts if you’ve made the changes.
Rate this area 1-10. Where 1 is “I designed it all and none of it is running” and 10 is “everything is running automatically and has been for weeks.”
Unit 2: Consistency
Consistency was about breaking the start-stop pattern and establishing sustained practice. The question: are you consistent?
Not “am I trying to be consistent.” Not “I had a good week.” Are you maintaining your main practices without drama? Is the pattern of starting strong, fading, stopping, and restarting weaker?
Rate this area 1-10.
Unit 3: Work as Flow
This was about transforming your relationship with work. Making it engaging, finding flow states, developing the skill-to-challenge balance that creates absorption.
Is your main work more engaging than it was before Unit 3? Can you access flow states more regularly? Are you approaching work with genuine interest rather than just grinding through?
Rate this area 1-10.
Unit 4: Tracking & Measurement
You built tracking infrastructure. Wealth Atlas, freedom calculator, scientific method for personal improvement, data review cadence.
Is your tracking current? Is your Wealth Atlas up to date? Have you calculated your freedom number? Are you reviewing data at the cadence you set?
Rate this area 1-10.
Unit 5: Loss & Release
You worked through past losses, developed techniques for releasing weight, and freed energy for building.
Are your major losses cleared? Does the past drag less? Can you think about old losses without significant weight? Is more energy available?
Rate this area 1-10.
Today’s Practice
Go through each area. Give yourself real time with each one. Don’t rush through the ratings. Think about specific evidence for whatever number you give.
If you rate something an 8, you should be able to point to concrete, observable proof. “My routine has run 26 out of the last 30 days.” “I reviewed my finances last Tuesday and the Tuesday before.” “I worked through three major losses and weight is down from 8 to 3.”
If you can’t point to proof, the number is probably lower than you think.
Write out your honest assessment of all five areas with ratings and evidence. This is your starting point for the final stretch of Level 6.
