Something Feels Like It Needs to Change
You can feel it today — the pull toward something different. A new project, a different routine, a conversation you have been putting off, a rearrangement of something that has felt wrong for weeks. The pull has direction. And it feels urgent, which is the part worth paying attention to.
Urgency is not the same as accuracy. Sometimes the pull to change is genuine — you have outgrown a pattern, a role, a dynamic, and the discomfort is the gap between where you are and where you need to be. But sometimes the pull is escape dressed as growth. The impulse to rearrange everything can be the fastest way to avoid the one honest change that would make the difference. Before you move, name what you are moving away from. If you can say it out loud without flinching, the next step will be obvious. If you cannot, that is the thing to sit with first.
Write down the three things you most want to change right now. For each, write what you are moving toward and what you are moving away from. If the away-from is clearer than the toward, that is escape. If both are clear, that is readiness. Act only on the one where both are clear.
Is the thing you most want to change the thing that most needs changing?
Making irreversible decisions on impulse. Today is for examining the pull, not obeying it.
What's behind this day's guidance
The moon reaches exact fullness — one hundred percent illumination — while passing through Swati, a movable nakshatra ruled by Rahu and governed by Vayu, the wind god. Maximum visibility meets maximum mobility: everything is visible and the impulse to move is strong. Spring reaches its seventh day on Venus's day, adding warmth and an eye for beauty to the wind's restless energy.
