Aru-18

Eighteen-ingredient chebulic kidney and urinary formula. Pacifies kidney-channel inflammation, waist and hip pain, and cold-pattern urinary disturbance; a named variant addresses incontinence.

Byu-dmar-25 (Coral-25)

25-ingredient red coral Rinchen pill — the principal Tibetan formula for white-channel (rtsa dkar) neurological disorders: stroke recovery, neuralgia, migraine, epilepsy, cognitive decline.

Gabur-25

The 25-ingredient camphor-based compound for chronic and hidden heat — vascular inflammation, gout, rheumatic heat, purulent heat, and heat-toxin patterns. Documented parent of Padma 28 (Switzerland, 1977).

Mu-tig-70

The 70-ingredient pearl precious pill, also known as Rinchen Ratna Samphel. One of the Men-Tsee-Khang rin-chen ril-bu series. Used for severe paralysis, post-stroke hemiplegia, advanced rLung, and epilepsy.

Norbu-7

Seven-ingredient Tibetan decoction for the early stage of cold, flu, and fever — diaphoretic and antipyretic. Commercial recensions split between a Saussurea-costus-based lineage (Siddhi, Menla) and a Saussurea-free, ginger-plus-Inula lineage (Daknang / Pure Vision Sorig).

Padma 28

Swiss-registered cardiovascular phytopharmaceutical derived from the Tibetan Gabur-25 (Camphor-25) camphor-formula tradition via the Badmaev family and the Karl Lutz Study Group for Tibetan Medicine; used for peripheral arterial occlusive disease.

Rin-chen Mangjor Chenmo

A flagship Tibetan precious pill — about fifty ingredients including processed mercury, consecrated over days, given to suitable patients on auspicious days for constitutional cleansing and vitality.

Sogdzin-11

The Tibetan medicine emergency formula for acute srog-rlung crises — panic, palpitations, syncope, and heart-wind attacks. Constitutionally warming. Given before Agar-35 in acute care.

Yung-ba-4 (Turmeric Decoction 4)

Tibetan-Mongolian four-herb decoction led by turmeric. Clears damp-heat from the lower-burner urinary tract — cystitis, hematuria, retention, BPH.
