Spirit · spiritual Satyori+Patience is not passive
Patience looks like doing nothing, but it's one of the most active internal states. Impatience is the refusal to be where you are. Patience is the willingness to stay present when you'd rather be somewhere else — further along, past the discomfort, at the result. It's an act of attention, not resignation.
Practice
Find one moment today where you're waiting — in a line, for a reply, for something to load. Instead of filling it with your phone, stand in the waiting. Feel the pull to escape and stay anyway.
Question
What are you in a hurry to get past that might be teaching you something?
