The Satyori Way

A 9-level system for personal transformation.

The Satyori Way is a framework for change that actually works. Not theory. Not information. A structured path from where you are to where you want to be.

The system has two parts: 9 levels that represent different capacities, and 12 life areas where those capacities apply. Your level in each area determines how you operate there.

The Nine Levels

Each level represents a shift—a fundamental change in how you operate. The levels build on each other. You can't skip ahead; each one requires the capacity developed in the previous ones.

1

BEGIN

Dissociated → Here

The foundation. Learning to be present, to direct attention, to stay in your body instead of escaping into your head. Most people start here without realizing how disconnected they are.

2

REVEAL

Blind → Seeing

Seeing what is actually happening—in your life, your patterns, your relationships. The honest assessment of reality that most people avoid because it's uncomfortable.

View Level 2 →
3

OWN

Hiding → Honest

Owning the things you've been hiding—from yourself and others. Cleaning up the integrity violations, the withholds, the stories you tell yourself.

View Level 3 →
4

RELEASE

Blame → Responsibility

Taking full responsibility. Stopping the blame game—circumstances, other people, the past. This is the critical threshold where life stops happening to you.

View Level 4 →
5

CHOOSE

Withdrawn → Engaged

Showing up fully. Engaging with others instead of holding back. Leading where you are, by example.

View Level 5 →
6

CREATE

Inconsistent → Systematic

Building systems that work. Establishing routines and foundations that compound over time instead of relying on motivation.

View Level 6 →
7

SUSTAIN

Conservative → Creating

Creating instead of maintaining. Taking calculated risks, generating new value, moving beyond playing it safe.

View Level 7 →
8

EXPAND

Solo → Through Others

Multiplying impact through other people. Delegation, teaching, leading—creating results that don't require your direct involvement.

View Level 8 →
9

ALIGN

Fragmented → Aligned

Full integration. All areas of life working together, supporting each other. Purpose clear, actions aligned, nothing compartmentalized.

The Twelve Life Areas

The levels apply across all areas of life. You might be at Level 6 in Work but Level 2 in Health. The assessment shows you where you are in each area, so you know where to focus.

How to Use the System

1

Take the Assessment

120 questions across 12 life areas. You'll see your current level in each area—where you're strong and where you're stuck.

2

Start With Your Lowest

Your overall capacity is limited by your weakest area. Start there. The curriculum for each level guides you through the specific work.

3

Complete Each Level

Each level has completion criteria—specific outcomes, not just reading material. When you can demonstrate the capacity, you're ready for the next level.

4

Move Through All Areas

Apply the same level across all 12 areas before moving to the next level. This creates a solid foundation instead of scattered progress.

Find Your Level

The assessment takes about 15 minutes and shows you exactly where you are across all 12 areas.
