Return Policy

Satyori sells digital products and email-delivered services, including PDF downloads, web-based guides, programs, books, and hand-written reports. Nothing is physically shipped.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, guide access, books, and programs are not returnable or exchangeable after delivery or access has been provided.

If a download link, access link, or file does not work, email hello@satyori.com and we will restore access, resend the file, or correct the issue.

Hand-Written Reports

Hand-written reports are custom digital services delivered by email. Once a report has been written and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you notice an error in the intake information before the report has been written, email hello@satyori.com as soon as possible so we can correct the details before delivery.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued for duplicate charges, failed access that cannot be corrected, or an order Satyori cannot fulfill.

For refund or access questions, email hello@satyori.com with the email address used for purchase and the product name.

Shipping

Satyori products are delivered digitally by download link, web access, or email. There are no physical shipping charges and no physical return shipping.
