Level 4 is called RELEASE because this is where that freed energy gets direction. Without structure, intensity becomes chaos. Without aim, energy scatters. This level is constructive. You are not just processing anymore. You are building. Systems. Structures. Sustainable rhythms. The capacity to channel energy toward what actually matters rather than letting it dissipate.

How to Use This Course

Duration

At 1-2 lessons daily, most people complete Level 4 in 4-8 weeks.

The exercises here are constructive. You are building systems, setting goals, designing structures. Do the work, not just the reading.
