You already know too much. You've tried enough tactics to prove that.
What limits you is your level of responsibility. You can spike into Level 7 results with hustle and luck. But if you're living at Level 3, you'll always crash back down. The container cracks.
Your true level isn't where you're strongest. It's where you're still weak.
If you're a killer in business but a coward at home, the cowardice wins. Your worst area drags everything else down.
Each level builds on the last. Work through at your own pace. If you want someone to walk through your life with a flashlight and tell you exactly where to start, get a Catalyst.
Three Concepts
Levels = What you can handle
Each level is a capacity. At Level 1, the work is basic: can you even be present? At Level 5, it's influencing others without manipulation. At Level 8, it's creating through others. The level determines what kind of problems you can handle without falling apart.
Life Areas = Where it shows up
The same 9 levels apply across 12 areas: Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Spiritual, Intellectual, Admin, Family, Social, Money, Spaces, Creation, Science. You might be Level 6 with money and Level 2 with your body. Your overall level is the worst of them.
The Line (Level 4)
Below Level 4, life happens to you. You react. You cope. Above Level 4, you run your life. You stop outsourcing decisions to fate, feelings, or circumstances. Once you cross this line, you're done being passive.
