This Week's Guidance
Mar 30 — Apr 5, 2026
A full moon week. Wednesday peaks at total illumination — everything becomes visible, including what you have been avoiding. Here is how to use the clarity instead of being overwhelmed by it.
This is a full moon week, and you will feel it. Not in some mystical way — in the way that full moons have always affected sleep quality, emotional reactivity, and the tendency to notice things you have been successfully ignoring.
Monday starts already bright. The moon is at ninety-three percent and climbing. If you have been building toward something — a project, a conversation, a decision — the early part of the week is when it becomes undeniable. Not because the timing is cosmically perfect. Because you have been working on it for a while and now there is enough momentum that stopping takes more effort than finishing. So finish.
Wednesday is the peak. One hundred percent illumination. This is the day when everything is visible, including the things you would rather not see. A full moon does not create problems — it lights up the ones that were already there. If something uncomfortable surfaces midweek, it was already true. The moon just made it harder to look away. Do not react immediately. Just see it. The clarity is the gift, not the urgency to fix everything at once.
Thursday holds the same brightness with a different quality. Wednesday shows you what is there. Thursday is when you start to understand what it means. If you have one important realization this week, it will probably land on Thursday — not as a dramatic insight, but as a quiet knowing that has been waiting for enough light to become obvious.
Friday softens. The intensity drops just a few percent, which is enough. You can breathe again. Friday is good for honest conversations — the kind where you say what you actually mean instead of what sounds right. The full moon gave you the seeing. Friday gives you the nerve.
The weekend is for integration. Saturday and Sunday carry a determined, focused quality — good for working on something that matters to you, bad for pretending the week did not happen. Whatever you saw clearly this week, the weekend is when you decide what to do about it. Not everything needs action. Some things just need to be acknowledged. But the ones that do need action — you will know which ones — deserve your attention before the light fades further.
I can see it clearly now. That is enough for today.
The Wednesday Night Sit
On Wednesday evening — the night of the full moon — sit somewhere quiet for ten minutes. No guided meditation, no music, no instructions beyond this: sit, and notice what comes up.
The full moon at peak illumination has a way of surfacing whatever you have been pushing down or pushing through.
Your only job is to let it arrive without fixing it, explaining it, or making it mean something. Just notice. If it is an emotion, feel it. If it is a thought, hear it.
If it is a physical sensation, stay with it. Ten minutes. When you are done, write one sentence about what surfaced. Not a journal entry — one sentence. That sentence is your week's real insight.
Carry it through the weekend.
