The Restart is Week 1 of The Reset, an 8-week process grounded in the SAFE pillars.

Week 1 is complete on its own. You will have tools you can keep using even if you never continue.

If you do decide to move into the full program, your $47 applies toward the $297 total. You build on the ground you created, moving from stability to deeper restructuring across all four pillars.

Questions

How is this different from another course or app?

This is not content to consume. It is a 7-day structure to apply a few precise practices to your actual life. The focus is on felt shifts in your sleep, attention, finances, and environment, not on information or inspiration.

What exactly do I get?

8 concise lessons with brief written prompts and 1-2 simple practices per day. Expect approximately 20 minutes per day, including reflection.

What if I miss a day?

The Restart is built with real life in mind. You can move at your own pace. Most people complete it within 7-10 days. Solid ground is built consistently, not perfectly.

Is this therapy?

No. The Restart is an educational and practice-based program, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

What if I do not feel any difference?

Not every program is right for every person. If by the end of Week 1 you feel no meaningful shift, email us and we will refund your $47.
