Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is a prayer of universal benevolence that extends the wish for happiness and freedom to all beings without exception. How to Chant
This mantra is traditionally chanted at the close of a yoga class, meditation session, or spiritual gathering, dedicating the merit of the practice to all beings.
