Integration
Lessons 81-88
Putting it together. Preparing for Level 2.
Lessons
The Integration Principle
Transformation happens through integration, not accumulation. The difference between 'I know about these practices' and 'these practices are part of who I am.'
Lesson 82Review of Level 1 Practices
Review everything you've learned in Level 1 and identify what matters most to you. Mark each practice as essential, useful, or didn't resonate.
Lesson 83Designing Your Daily Routine
Design a sustainable daily routine from your essential practices. Few enough elements to actually do. Tied to existing structure. Distributed through the day.
Lesson 84Testing Your Routine
Design is theory. Testing is reality. Follow your written routine for 5-7 days and note what works, what gets skipped, and what needs adjustment.
Lesson 85Honest Self-Assessment
Time for honest assessment. Go through each area and check not whether you did it once, but whether it's actually part of your functioning now.
Lesson 86Understanding Your Assessment
What does your assessment reveal? Interpret your score and understand why incomplete areas are incomplete. Incomplete isn't failure - it's feedback.
Lesson 87The Completion Question
Are you ready for Level 2? There's no authority who decides. You decide. Better to have a solid Level 1 than a shaky Level 2.
Lesson 88Completion and Transition
Final lesson of Level 1. You've completed a foundation-building process that most people never do. The practices are simple - that doesn't make them easy.
