Scrape tongue 7-14 times. Copper or stainless steel.
Dry brushing 5 min
Brush skin toward heart before shower. Stimulates circulation.
Tip: Excellent for preventing emotional stagnation in the body.
Warm shower, cool finish
Start warm, end with 30 seconds cool. Builds boundary and vitality.
Light oil massage 5-10 min
Sesame or almond oil. Focus on joints and areas of holding.
Energizing movement 20-30 min
Brisk walking, dance, yoga flow. Generate internal heat.
Tip: Movement that makes you slightly warm builds Fire element.
Breathwork or meditation 10-15 min
Kapalabhati or energizing pranayama. Or seated meditation.
Tip: Visualize a protective boundary around your energy field.
Light, warm breakfast 7:30-8:30 AM
Spiced oatmeal, eggs, toast with ghee. Warming, not heavy.
Tip: Include warming spices: ginger, cinnamon, black pepper.

Evening Routine

Energy clearing After dinner
What emotions did you absorb today? Name them, release them.
Tip: "This feeling is not mine. I release it with love."
Boundary review
Where did you overextend today? What boundary can you set tomorrow?
Solo time 1 hour minimum
Time alone, not caretaking anyone. Essential, not optional.
Tip: Guard this fiercely. Your relationships depend on your reserves.
Ginger tea 8:00 PM
Fresh ginger in hot water. Warming and digestive.
Creative expression
Journaling, art, music - anything that moves emotion through you.
Tip: Let feelings flow OUT, not just circulate internally.
Bedtime 10:00-10:30 PM
Earlier is better. You need more sleep than most.
Tip: Warm room, not too humid. Heavy blanket can feel containing.

Structuring Foods

Favor: warm, light, spiced, bitter, astringent. Legumes, grains, leafy greens, warming spices. Limit: heavy, sweet, cold, dairy.
